Teenage daughter said 'Mom doesn't sound like a freight train anymore!' Kids were embarrassed to have friends sleep over. PulseAir™ gave me my dignity back. Whole family sleeping better now.
Falling asleep in client meetings, boss pulled me aside. PulseAir™ eliminated my snoring, now I wake up energized and sharp. Got promoted to Senior Partner last month. This device changed my life trajectory.
Six months of CPAP hell - couldn't breathe, claustrophobic, red marks every morning. PulseAir™ works better and I forget I'm wearing it. Why don't doctors tell you about this instead of pushing those medieval machines?
40 years married, last 10 sleeping separately because of my snoring. Wife was ready to move out permanently. First week with PulseAir™ - she's back in our bed! Best $119 I ever spent. Probably saved me $20,000 in divorce lawyer fees!
What changes when you address the muscle, not the airflow
Here's what really causes snoring (and why PulseAir actually works)
Nobody ever explained why you snore
Snoring isn't just about airflow — it starts with your muscles.
As you fall asleep, the muscles that hold your airway open naturally relax. Your throat narrows. Air turbulence increases. The tissue vibrates. That vibration is the sound.
Nasal strips widen your nostrils. Mouth guards reposition your jaw. Both work around the narrowed airway — neither addresses the muscle tone behind it. That's the gap PulseAir was built for.
How PulseAir attacks the root cause
PulseAir™ works differently.
Instead of pushing air or repositioning your jaw, PulseAir uses gentle EMS pulses — the same technology used in physical therapy for decades — to support the throat muscles that relax while you sleep. More muscle tone means less vibration. Less vibration means less snoring.
- Works on the muscles, not just the airflow
- EMS technology with decades of clinical use behind it
- Responds automatically while you sleep — no adjusting, no waking up
- Drug-free and non-invasive — no mask, no hose

How to use
Simple as that. No complications, no discomfort, no failures.
Place the adhesive strip under your chin and position your PulseAir. Press the power button once. The soft blue light confirms that everything is ready.
Set your stimulation level. PulseAir has three intensities — press the button to cycle through them and the light tells you where you are: blue = Level 1 (mild), green = Level 2 (moderate), red = Level 3 (strongest). Start on Level 1 for the first nights and adjust as needed — it's designed to suit different people and sensitivities.
Wake up to complete silence - no more snoring. Your partner notices immediately. You feel energized from day one. Remove the device. That's your entire routine.
The science behind muscle tone and snoring
Snoring starts with muscle tone. As you fall asleep, the muscles that hold your upper airway open — chiefly the genioglossus — reduce their activity. The airway narrows, airflow turns turbulent, and soft tissue begins to vibrate. That vibration is the sound.
This is why so many snoring products work around the problem instead of on it: strips widen the nostrils, guards reposition the jaw. Neither addresses the muscle tone underneath.
Electrical muscle stimulation takes the opposite approach. In a 2021 multicenter clinical study published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine, 115 people with primary snoring used EMS therapy on the tongue muscles over six weeks. Time spent snoring above 40 dB fell by an average of 41%.¹
PulseAir applies the same principle — EMS targeting the muscles behind the snore, not the airflow around it.

Real results from real people — verified buyers who tried PulseAir™
ok so i was NOT expecting this lol
honestly bought this kinda skeptical bc i've tried those chin straps and nose strips and nothing ever worked. used it the first night and idk if it was a fluke but my husband said i barely made a sound. been using it almost every night for like 6 weeks now and it's just... working?? i don't wake up with a sore throat anymore either which was a bonus i didn't even expect. definitely recommend just give it more than a couple nights
my wife actually came back to our bedroom
she'd been sleeping in the guest room for almost 2 years because of my snoring. i tried everything — those mouthguards that make you drool everywhere, the nasal strips, even lost some weight thinking that would help. nothing. friend told me about this and figured why not. 3 weeks in she moved back. i'm not gonna lie i almost cried. it's not 100% silent but she says it's like night and day. absolutely worth it.
threw my CPAP in a box and haven't looked back
had sleep apnea diagnosis for 4 years, been on cpap the whole time. hated it. dry mouth, tangled hose, couldn't travel with it, felt like sleeping next to a vacuum cleaner. doctor said try it as a supplement not a replacement so i did. by week 4 i was barely using the cpap at all. follow up sleep study actually showed improvement. doc was surprised. i'm not a doctor and i'm not saying ditch your cpap without talking to yours, but for me this was a game changer. attached a pic of the cpap collecting dust lol
bought this for my husband and now i want to buy one for myself lol
ok so my husband's snoring was SO bad i was wearing earplugs and still couldn't sleep. our doctor kept telling us to do a sleep study but those cost a fortune. saw this and figured $119 is way cheaper than a sleep clinic. he was annoyed at first bc he doesn't think he snores (classic) but after i showed him the recording app i use he agreed to try it. two weeks later i'm sleeping without earplugs for the first time in like 3 years. he also says he doesn't feel as groggy in the mornings. huge win.
good but takes a few weeks — don't give up early
first week honestly wasn't that impressed and almost returned it. kept going bc of the 30 day guarantee and around day 18-20 something shifted. my wife said the snoring went from "freight train" to more like a "light hum" which i'll take. comfort is good, doesn't fall off during the night which was my main concern. only gripe is the charging could be faster but that's minor. would say give it a full month before judging.
husband finally stopped sounding like a chainsaw
ok i'm the wife writing this bc my husband would never lol. 22 years of marriage and i honestly forgot what silence sounded like. he put this thing on the first night kinda grumpy about it and i slept through the whole night. not perfect every night but 90% better. i'd pay double.
works, but read the instructions properly
first two nights i stuck it too far to the side and it did basically nothing. reread the little leaflet, put it dead centre under the chin like it says and yeah, different story. missus says the snoring is down to a soft breathing noise now. aussie summer heat hasnt bothered the pads either which i was worried about.
didn't believe it, still kind of don't, but it works
I am a nurse. I was extremely skeptical about a "muscle stimulation" device for snoring because most of these gadgets are nonsense. My partner recorded me on his phone before and after 3 weeks. The difference is genuinely obvious. Not silent, but no more of the choking-gasping sound that used to wake him. I still think people with true apnea should see a doctor, but for plain snoring this is legit.
5 weeks in. worth it.
not much to say. snore less. wake up less. wife happier. charge lasts about 3 nights for me. pads are fine, i replace every 3 or 4 nights.
Took about 3 weeks for me
Ordered this for myself, I'm 58 and started snoring after menopause which nobody warns you about. First week nothing. Second week a little. By the end of week 3 my daughter (who visits weekends) said she didn't hear me through the wall anymore. Sticking with it. Only thing I'd change is a slightly longer cable.
cheaper than the dental appliance my dentist wanted to make
dentist quoted me $1,800 for a custom mouthguard thing. figured i'd try this first since there's a guarantee. glad i did. it's been 2 months, snoring is way down, and i didn't have to sleep with a chunk of plastic in my mouth. no jaw pain in the morning either which i got from the cheap boil and bite ones.
bought for my dad, he actually uses it
my dad is 71 and refuses everything. cpap sat in the closet for 2 years. i gave him this for fathers day mostly as a joke and he's used it every single night since. mum says she can finally sleep in the same room again. thats all i needed to hear.
Does what it says. A few notes.
Pros: small, you forget it's there, snoring reduced a lot per my girlfriend. Cons: level 3 was too strong for me the first few nights, felt a bit of twitching, so I went back to level 1 and worked up over two weeks. Pads lose stickiness if you have a beard, I shave a small patch under the chin now. Overall recommend.
no more separate bedrooms
We'd been sleeping apart for 4 years. FOUR. I didn't even think of it as a problem anymore, just how things were. Bought this after seeing an ad, expected nothing. Week two my husband asked if I wanted to move back into our room. I'm sitting here typing this a bit teary honestly.
fine. not magic.
reduced my snoring maybe 60-70%. wife still hears me sometimes when i've had a few beers. so no it's not a miracle but its a big improvement for the price. the blue light is bright in a dark room, i put a bit of tape over it.
Sleeping through the night for the first time in years
I'm the snorer AND the one who kept waking myself up. Didn't realize how much I was disturbing my own sleep until it stopped. I wake up once now instead of 4-5 times. Energy during the day is noticeably better. Wish I'd found this sooner.
travelled with it for 3 weeks, no issues
took it across 6 hotels in europe. case is small, charged twice the whole trip. my mate who shared a room in amsterdam said he didn't hear me at all which is a first. good bit of kit.
It works but the pads add up
The device itself is great and my snoring is way down according to my husband. Just factor in that you'll be buying pads regularly. I get about 4 nights per pad if I clean my skin first. Would still buy again.
truck driver here, this helped more than anything
i sleep in the cab 4 nights a week and my co driver was ready to quit over my snoring. no joke. 6 weeks with this and he says its like a different person in the bunk. easy to charge off the truck usb too.
husband was skeptical, now he won't sleep without it
he called it a "chin sticker" for the first week. now if it's not charged he gets annoyed lol. our sleep tracker shows his snoring minutes went from like 90 a night to under 15. can't argue with the numbers.
Bit of a learning curve
Placement matters more than you'd think. Too high and it does nothing, too low and it feels weird. Once I found the right spot (centre, just behind the chin bone) it clicked. Give it a proper go before judging.
Bought two
One for my husband, one for my dad. Both snore like freight trains (family trait apparently). Both improved within a month. Dad's the more dramatic result, he was borderline unbearable and now it's just soft breathing. Happy customer.
didn't work for me the first time, second try did
returned my first one after 2 weeks bc i saw nothing. customer service was decent about it. then my wife found the leaflet and realised i'd been putting it on the side of my neck like a genius. reordered, put it under the chin properly, and yeah. it works. my fault.
Simple. That's the point.
No app, no mask, no hose, one button. I'm 66 and don't want another gadget I have to fiddle with. Stick it on, press the button, sleep. My sister said I was quiet as a mouse when she stayed over last week. First time anyone's said that.
solid 8/10
snoring down a lot, wife happy, sleep better. only losing points because the pads could be stickier and the light could be dimmer. would recommend to anyone with regular snoring.
